John carries a high respect and passion for food and its preparation. Upon completing culinary school and going on to receive his Red Seal, John has established over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has contributed to the success of many restaurants from Toronto to Vancouver before branching off on his own in 2010. His outside-the-box thinking, excitement for locally grown food, and modern cooking methods and techniques make him a leading up and coming chef. John’s keen understanding of people and their needs contributes to the development of ongoing relationships with his clients.
